Press Release

The Career Studio podcast launches today, Tuesday October 4th. It's focused on one simple idea: that career fulfillment is possible for anyone, it's just a matter of knowing what to focus on.

Because let's face it, there's a lot of noise out there about how to navigate your career. So when work stops working it can be hard to know what to focus on - what do you pay attention to and what do you ignore? That's the objective of the podcast: to boil down the noise and help you focus on what really matters: the core, foundational concepts required to to build an energizing career you love - one that is an extension of who you are, and how you want to live your life.

The Career Studio is for anyone who is feeling burned out or bored professionally and only has a hazy idea of how to fix it. It's a structured, simplified approach that you can come back to again and again as, inevitably, who you are and what you want for your career and life will evolve.

The Career Studio was started and is hosted by Anne Benveniste. Anne built her career in marketing and advertising between New York and London. Highlights include two years in the English Premier League working at Chelsea Football Club and running the team that created the UK's 'Ad of the Year' with Jeff Goldblum - with additional experience across beauty, publishing, alcohol, and tech.

Everything was great - until it wasn't. When Anne realized advertising no longer fit the person she was becoming but she didn't know what came next, she panicked. And from a place of panic made a series of career decisions that led her off track - into environments that might have looked good on the outside, but played neither to her interests nor her strengths. Four years of stress, burnout, and toxic work environments finally culminated in Anne getting fired from a job she hated - the wake up call she needed to design an authentic career around who she was and what mattered to her.

In becoming a coach and launching The Career Studio, Anne's mission was simple: to make it easier for people to build authentic, energizing careers they love. Because career fulfillment isn't just reserved for the lucky or the prodigies, it's available to every single one of us if you know what to focus on.

Anne received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from INSEAD. She's certified as a coach through the Co-Active Training Institute and The Life Coach School. When she's not coaching she's hanging out in Brooklyn, NY, mostly listening to as much music as she can fit into the 16 hours she's awake every day.

The Career Studio podcast is released twice a month. Find and follow wherever you listen to podcasts.
